1. What programs does Imagine Training Hub offer?

We offer three dynamic healthcare training programs designed to launch your career:

  • State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA): 3-week evening course
     

  • Phlebotomy Technician: 6-week evening course
     

  • Medical Assistant: 9-week evening course
     

2. What are the enrollment requirements?

 

All programs require the following:

  • Minimum age of 18 (16 for STNA)
     

  • Two forms of ID
     

  • High School Diploma or GED (excluding the STNA program) 
     

  • Negative 1-Step TB Test
     

  • Physical examination
     

  • Background check
     

3. How do I secure my seat in a class?

To confirm your enrollment:

  • Submit a $200 deposit via cash in person or through a card/Apple Pay via an emailed invoice.This deposit secures your spot in the selected course.

 

4. What is included in the tuition fees?

  • STNA: Tuition includes all materials to prepare for the state exam.
     

  • Phlebotomy Technician: Tuition includes all materials; however, red scrubs are required and are not included.
     

  • Medical Assistant: Tuition includes all materials; however, navy blue scrubs are required and are not included
     

 

5. Are there any additional fees?

Yes, each program has an associated national certification exam fee:

  • STNA: $104
     

  • Phlebotomy Technician: $160
     

  • Medical Assistant: $165
     

 

6. What is the duration and schedule of each program?

  • STNA: 3 weeks, Mon–Thu, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
     

  • Phlebotomy Technician: 6 weeks, Tue & Thu, 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
     

  • Medical Assistant: 9 weeks, Mon & Wed, 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM
     

 

7. Are the programs accredited?

Our STNA program is approved by ODH. However, they are designed to meet industry standards and prepare students for state and national certification exams.

 

8. Do I need to have prior healthcare experience to enroll?

No prior healthcare experience is required for enrollment in any of our programs. Our training is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to start a healthcare career.

9. Is there an age requirement for enrollment?

Yes, students must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Phlebotomy and Medical Assistant programs. For the STNA program, individuals aged 16 and older are eligible to enroll.

 

10. Can I work while attending classes?

Our evening classes are designed to accommodate individuals who may be working during the day. However, balancing work and study commitments is essential to ensure success in the program.

11. What happens if I miss a class?

Attendance is crucial for mastering the skills taught in each program. If you miss a class, please contact the instructor to discuss options for make-up sessions or additional support.

12. Is job placement assistance available after graduation?

While we do not offer direct job placement, we provide resources and guidance to help graduates find employment opportunities in the healthcare field.

 

13. How do I apply for financial assistance?

Potential students interested in financial assistance should call the school directly to discuss available options and eligibility.

 

14. Can I transfer credits from another institution?

Our programs are designed to provide foundational training specific to our curriculum. Transferring credits from other institutions is not applicable.

15. What documentation is required for enrollment?

Students are required to provide:

  • A valid government-issued ID
     

  • High School Diploma or GED
     

  • Negative 1-Step TB Test
     

  • Physical examination
     

  • Background check
